I figure with the Knicks, either the players aren't very good or the players are very good but you don't have anyone to lead them. That means you either need to fire the GM or the coach.

Either way, Isiah Thomas needs to be fired in some capacity.

I actually think this team is very talented, but some pieces could be moved to bring in a key ingredient. What that is, I don't know. All I do know is a team with David Lee, Jamal Crawford, Nate Robinson, etc., should not be the second to worst team in the East.

Granted, it's not all Thomas' fault - the Marcus Camby trade has to rank as one of the worst, especially considering Camby's value even to this day. Yet Thomas also has done a few dumb moves, such as signing Jerome James to such a large contract. What a waste that has been.

I guess I'm kind of just rambling now. My point is, the Knicks have room to improve, but Thomas doesn't. We need some outside thinking.

I wanna start off by saying crawford is one of the nicest people i've ever met, alright on to curry....I got to sit right behind the knicks bench at the heat and knicks game...When the knicks were making a come back at the end of the 3rd quarter, the bench was lifeless. Isiah went to curry and randolph and motioned to them to start rooting for their team...For the rest of the game curry preceded to mock thomas, by playfully clapping and yelling things like come on guys(in a girly voice) it was so blantantly obvious. I can't believe the lack of respect for a coach..I mean i hate isiah as much as the next person, but if a player ever did that to me , i'd let him watch the rest of the game from the locker room

Is anybody curious what a more successful coach (JVG or Carlisle) could do with this roster?
