Mike you are exactly right. Curry is following H20's lead when it comes to playing with injurys but that ended very badly. I hope you or another reporter reminds Curry of that. If we were in a playoff race I could see Curry risking things but right now there is nothing to be gained by playing with a torn shoulder and a torn kneee

Guys, nobody is questioning Curry's proverbial heart in this matter. I'm still wondering if we're going to hear more about the shoulder when the season's over. And the reason I mention the Allan Houston ordeal is because Curry is that kind of guy. He will do what the team needs, no questions asked.

I think he needs his knee checked out by a real doctor. Are doctors are a joke. They should all get fired. When he gets a real checkup then he should decide what he needs to do for his knee then.

Curry is a good guy and a good teammate. He doesnt look at the big picture like his future or the lottery. He just wants to help the team regardless of the much deserved labels some place on him this season.

Curry was playing fine before Isiah started all the benching nonsense when we were 2-3. Curry was a force last season leading the NBA in points in the paint. This season was like a perfect storm against him starting with tearing his shoulder. I have no idea how much that torn shoulder has effected him. Can you imagine playing an nba season taking a pounding against 270 pound guys for 6 months with a torn shoulder? I think Curry will be back to being a force again next season if the Knicks get a different PF than Zach and a PG that can really set other guys up.

Mike, why do you think, at this point in the season, Curry's trying to keep playing? Especially since he's often called lazy, unmotivated...

Say what you wnat about Curry but I give him credit not only for trying to play through a tear in his knee but playing all season with a torn shoulder. How many other Knicks would play with injuries like those?

No one's discussing why Curry's considering playing. I think he's trying to prove to himself and others that he's a "team player" and committed to getting better. It may be an example of someone with self-esteem issues over compensating. Of course IT should be the one dealing with this but we all know how good a motivator IT is. Geez, you gotta wonder why I or anyone else still cares. sigh.
