Free eats

April
10

I’m not sure it makes up for another season of suffering, butĀ Knicks owner James Dolan is picking up the dinner check for all fans in attendance Monday to see the home finale against Boston.

For the first time in the history of Madison Square Garden, they are giving away free hot dogs, pretzels, sodas and waters.

They will even serve you in the stands if you don’t want to miss any of the action. Apparently, the game is expected to be a sell-out. It’s a nice gesture after some of the nonsense that’s played out in this building. Of course, if somebody offers you a tall glass of Kool-Aid, do not drink it!

It might be wise for Isiah Thomas to wear a poncho to his last game as the coach of the Knicks. Guess where all of those free hot dogs and pretzels are going to end up.

I just hope that when next season opens, there is an atmosphere of hope and dignity with this team. Firing Isiah won’t be enough to accomplish that lofty goal.

    That would be hilarious! lol

The funny thing is that I was trying to get tickets because of the food. I love those Knishes. I don’t know another place that makes them as good as MSG
