this is insane. the new knicks are staring be the old knicks again or at least in the front office. ive loved what ive seen on the court and heard about the locker room but what went on today was crazy. they gurantted a kid $800,000 in july after a god showing in the summer leauge and couldn't keep a kid who has better potential and is a fan favorite. i think roberson will be burried on the end of then bench and has no positive. Ewing jr would have had two positives, both the on the court potential/preformance(i think he was already better then roberson) and the fact that he would be one of maybe three players on the knicks who would get an ovation when he walked onto the court. another bad move made without thought trying to quick fix the roster and it took place in july and nobody realized. i hope im wrong and roberson becomes a player but basd on the preseason id take Ewing jr. i think walsh's one flaw is that he has to much pride and wouldnt swallow the contract of roberson.

My bold prediction is that David Lee will be traded at the deadline with Curry, Crawford or Zach-in that order of likelihood. He will command money at a position he is not ideal for in this system. Chandler will replace Lee & Gallo will play sf. Ewing will be the cheap fix coming off the bench at PF, his skills have a higher ceiling than Lee's for less $. The knicks desperately need help at the center position & they will try to get a C that fits & some picks. Jeffries will do ok there but will need help.
