More twists and turns

November
5

Watching the Knicks from a safe distance is actually downright entertaining.

I love the latest soap opera.

Did anybody see this plot twist coming? Stephon Marbury is absolutely charming of late and is quickly becoming a sympathetic figure. That’s why the organization should’ve dealt with this problem before training camp opened. It’s a distraction that could’ve easily been avoided.

I also see a marketing opportunity.

Maybe the Knicks should waive Marbury and sell his seat on the bench to deep-pocketed fans. They could easily get $5,000 a game for the privilege of sitting in the middle of the action.

It’s a lot of money for a ticket, but they could throw in a couple of temporary tattoos and one of those Gatorade towels for cover. After the game Mike D’Antoni could mention how great Joe Fan’s been in a difficult situation. I think it would go over big.

Can’t wait to see who runs over and hugs Larry Brown tonight before the game. He’s got to be giggling uncontrollably at this latest mess.

Back to the Giants, but I’ll be watching tonight.

To heck with the Giants and Larry Brown.

    Go Knicks!

Well, if they hadn’t won last night I would have lost my mind. The Bucks loss was really bad. They were on the second half of a back to back and we need to handle a team on their level at home in that situation for there to be any hope whatever that we’re improving.

I’m happy that we’re 2-2 but we should be 3-1 and we shouldn’t have lost by 25 to the Sixers.

Has anyone noticed that we’re getting pounded off the boards?

Will anyone post here? I’m lonely. It’s almost as if this team has become irrelevant.

I’ll post more after Xmas, when I’ll have a little more time to watch full games, rather than Knicks in 60. What happened to what’s-his-name, who used to write the Giants blog? We want Mike back full time!

    Yeah,
    Not alot of Steph chants.

We’re getting pounded on the boards because the team is a bunch of midgets…but hey, we’re 4-2! We would actually be rebounding worse if fat and lazy Curry were playing.

is it possible(i know your all gonn call me crazy) that, although isiah was a terrible coach and a pretty bad GM, that the guy knows what hes doing in the draft? with wilson chandler having a great night and the things nate has done this season, i took a look back at some of his draft choices:
    2004-second round trevor ariza
2005-first round channing frye and david lee (traded for nate)
2006-first round balkman and mardy collins
    2007-first round wilson chandler
not every pick he made was a hit but the ones above all played pretty well either when here or elsewhere(ariza).
i, for one, would not mind keeping that headcase on our staff only for his draftng ability. mabye mike can fill us in on his current exact capacity but im hoping it has to do with the draft because it seems to be the one thing the guy can do right.
