Get Eddie Curry out of here…he is awful healthy or injured! He is a waste of time. Trade him because he is a big contract that could last after 2010.

LeBron has to come to NY or this was a total waste. Here’s the million-dollar-question though: If the Knicks are barren of players, how is it a better situation for LeBron than what he’ll have in Cleveland in 2010/11 and beyond?

I hate TimThom. That’s the worst part of the whole thing. I can live with the deals otherwise. But I better not see any of these new guys getting PT over Chandler, or even Nate.

I kind of liked how this season was playing out, but Mobley makes Roberson even more irrelevant, and now their C is Harrington until Fat Eddy is in shape enough to play (and that may never happen in D’antoni’s offense)?

whether they get lebron or not, is sort of not really the point. being so far over the cap, the knicks were extremely limited in what moves they could make to get better. consistantly using the mid level exception just perpetuates the problem. In the NBA, stars win. the knicks have no stars and even worse, were not really ever bad enough to pick one up in the draft, sort of NBA never never land. the next step is to get eddy curry into shape and trade him off

Personally, I’m pissed. The Knicks won’t win 35 games from now until the end of the 2009 season. What a waste. What if they don’t get Lebron? This is really just pissing on the fans who have season tickets. And, the Knicks will continue to not play their best player (Marbury). They should have put Curry out there for a few games and moved him. Randolph and Crawford were carrying the team and the Knicks were fun to watch for once. This f*cking sucks. I’ll check back in before the 2010 season. Screw you, Donnie.

it’s a good trade because we are making room for lebron and others in 2010. we are a first round playoff team at best. after we get rid of randolph (will get traded to lac for mobley and thomas), we will have a lot of cap room, and will be in the running for a first round pick. If we get a stud like jennings or rubio, we’re sittin pretty. I don’t agree with the trade…Crawford was a good fit in the Knick’s fast break offense. I don’t know if Harrington will be able to keep up.
